Because I really want something to read at the moment.
After I stopped working, I couldn't bring myself to continue with Mere Christianity -too heavy and I sort of stopped in the middle of no where. And yes, I still have a couple of beautiful classics with me that I haven't read but those need time too. I read them for the language. I'll understand if you don't understand why but I'm not going to explain.
Anyway, I don't read a lot of contemporary, if I do, I'd be reading for the sake of reading. I don't like contemporary. Just can't trust authors these days, don't know how they value words anymore.
I read the Kite Runner a couple of years ago and quite liked it. The thing I like most about it was that I learnt a lot of things (that I've mostly forgotten now :P) and it really was like opening up to a new world.
I wouldn't comment on the composition or anything, I merely read it for the story. So I've faith in Khaled Hosseini. So I'd want to read A Thousand Splendid Suns.

Printed silk scarves!
Hermes ones, especially because their prints are nice and bold.
And these stuff are wonderful to tie it as a turbans. Hermes turban paired with blood red lips -Aah! :D

Nude heels because I don't like the term "pumps".
I've been looking for the perfect pair of nudes for a while now. There are a lot of them around but they're either too high at the front, the heel to stick-thin or the material is ugly shiny pvc-ish. Actually saw the perfect ones in Elements but they ran out of the ones in my size. D:

Also I quite like them heels with a strappy too.

Turquoise stone rings -like the ones from Forever 21.
Been wanting these for ages already. The above pictures aren't exactly the ones I want, but you get the idea.

Mulberry Alexa inspired bag! Wanted one of these months back. Going to have one soon, knock-off, of course.
